I have been busy getting ready for our kids summer classes. In one of our classes, we paint a doll bed, make bedding for it and make some pajamas for 18″ dolls. I searched for a fairly easy doll pj pattern, figuring there had to be one out there somewhere. I couldn’t find quite what I was looking for, so I drafted my own pattern and thought I would share it.
I love making these leather handle tote bags! I have made so many in different fabrics. They are are great way to use the gorgeous canvas and linen fabrics that so many designers have been releasing. Since it doesn’t look like I will be making Halloween costumes this year (sniff, sniff), I wanted to come up with a fun Halloween Sewing project. I had been wanting to use the Ghouls and Goodies Jelly Roll that I have in the shop.
Now that the kids are back in school and the weather is cooling down, it’s time to think about fall sewing. I am really determined to sew more clothes for myself.
